Minimum of one year in marketing or communications (experience in B2B marketing would be an advantage);
Fluency in English (is a must);
Understanding of essential marketing components, including e-mail marketing, social media, website management, and SEO.
Copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to produce compelling marketing content.
Basic knowledge of graphic design with the capability to create attractive visual content for various digital platforms.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
Highly attentive to details with a proactive mindset in daily tasks.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and WordPress is highly desirable.

Darbo pobūdis

Participate in marketing evaluation and wide variety of activities - from daily tasks to long-term projects;
Play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate with our IT and marketing teams to maintain and improve our website, ensuring optimal integration of SEO practices to boost our digital performance.
Create visually appealing marketing materials that align with branding guidelines;
Work closely with various teams within the organization to develop and maintain a unified marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals;
Assist in the planning and execution of key industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to enhance our market presence and build professional networks;
Regularly contribute innovative ideas and insights, and propose actionable improvements to improve marketing effectiveness.
