I am Vytautė Dobrovolskė, and I am leading Finance and Purchasing Support team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are now looking for a Support Specialist with Swedish/Norwegian language to join my team of professionals in Vilnius!

As a Support Specialist you will be part of a team with the purpose to support Telia customers, vendors and Telia colleagues in English or Swedish/Norwegian in the finance and purchasing area. You will get a broad understanding and build both wide and deep knowledge in the processes around purchasing, invoice management, payment, and accounting. Moreover, you will have an opportunity to engage in different projects and improvements, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the processes.

You will work in a truly global environment in an exciting industry and get all the support you will need for both your professional and personal development. You will play an important part in making a difference for those who need support to accomplish their tasks.

We are looking for you who have a proven experience from earlier assignment in the customer service. Most importantly you should have a big interest in finance and purchasing processes.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Daily support for customers, Telia employees and suppliers through chats, phone calls and tickets in English and Swedish/Norwegian
• Handling tickets, chats and calls according to agreed team SLAs
• Updating support documentation
• Working with improvements proposal & implementation aiming to eliminate waste, automate processes
• Running operational routines according to support area.

Your experience:

• Solid Swedish/Norwegian and English language skills (B2 and above, both written and verbal)
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of Service Now (advantage)
• Experience in SAP system (advantage).
