Ready to lead and grow SEO performance across multiple markets?
Were on the hunt for an experienced SEO Manager to boost organic visibility and drive sales for Kesko Senukai Digital eShops across the Baltics.
If you're passionate about SEO, thrive in a fast-paced international e-commerce environment, and have a solid background in SEO strategy and team leadership - wed love to meet you!
Your responsibilities:
- Boost organic traffic & sales for 6 Kesko Senukai Digital eShops.
- Lead & manage our in-house SEO team, guiding them to success.
- Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to execute SEO strategies.
- Develop and implement on-site, off-site, and technical SEO strategies.
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-site & off-site SEO).
- 1+ year of experience managing a team – leadership skills are key!
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Ads.
