As a PMO office for the TTNT, our team is responsible for:

Single point of entry for the overall Danske Bank Group Strategy reporting
Ensuring the delivery of the set OKRs & KPIs
Any ad hoc support in material preparation for both internal & external stakeholders
Supporting strategic building blocks with standardised programme management practices, documentation & Agile ceremony execution
Updating & reporting on the financials, benefit realisation
Aligning across Danske Bank Group on the calculation methods for key deliverables

As a Senior Consultant, you will be working closely with strategic building blocks leadership team and acting as their trusted partner, supporting delivery progress tracking, reporting to both internal & external stakeholders. You will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the unit and stakeholders outside of the unit.

You will:

Support leaders in reporting on the progress of their strategic building block implementation
Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between areas and coordinate with other units for reporting
Prepare material entailing numerical and contextual information
Drive & implement standard PMO processes in the unit
Drive knowledge sharing and engagement inside and outside the strategic building blocks

Your specific areas of responsibility will depend on your qualifications.

About you:

2+ years of experience in business management and/or consulting roles
Proven experience in collaborating with and managing stakeholders with all seniority levels
Ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes and a high inflow of information
Solid IT skills within MS office
Self-driven, ambitious, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
Positive can-do attitude
English proficiency level: Upper-intermediate and above

Monthly salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
